7 Day Return Policy
Any goods that are
not to your liking can be returned within 7 days of delivery without
stating a returns reason. Just follow the instructions on the returns
form enclosed with your goods, and send the articles back to the address
stated on the form. Postage fees are to be met by the sender.
If the goods are paid for by credit card the due amount will be credited
to the card used as payment.
Please allow 1 to 2
weeks for the refund. Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of
delivery, return and extra costs.
Please note: returned goods which show signs of use in excess of trying
them on, may lead to a reduction in the refund given. Always wear "something
underneath" when trying articles on.
Faulty Goods / Transport
Damage
DressDifferent is responsible for any damage to items, which occurs
during the transportation of the good to the customer. If the goods
arrive damaged, please send them back to us for a full refund. Please
inform us immediately (within the first 2 days of arrival), of goods
damaged in transit. After this time, we can not take responsibility
for any damage.
Payment
Payment of the goods is due when the goods leave our premises and will
be deducted from your credit card account.
Payment by cheque is
possible; please contact us prior to ordering. Once the cheque
has cleared, goods will be despatched.
DressDifferent is not
liable for any lost cheques.
Accepting your Offer
DressDifferent will accept your offer by sending out the goods. However,
offers will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description
of the goods or their prices as shown on this website. In certain cases,
we may ask you for proof of identification and generally reserve the
right not to enter into contract. Reasons for this could be that goods
are not deliverable through the post and parcel services, that goods
have been returned used or worn in the past, or that articles have been
returned at excessive rates.
DressDifferent runs
an online database, which enables stock information to be up-to-date.
Therefore, goods ordered are generally in stock and immediately ready
for shipment. In the rare case that goods are not deliverable, DressDifferent
reserves the right to accept an offer in part. Delivery costs will be
calculated on the order value and charged only once. As the actual colours
you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's
display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product
on delivery.
